Basic travel insurance is included in most of our tour packages. You can upgrade for more comprehensive insurance options at an additional cost.
What are your accommodation standards?
Our accommodations are made in hotels 4 or 5-star that comply with BMT TURKEY quality standards, are centrally located, and have high guest ratings.
Is a visa required for the tours?
Our tours mainly take place within Turkey. You should check the visa requirements for entering Türkiye based on your nationality. (For international tours, the respective country's visa requirements apply.)
What is the average group size on your tours?
To ensure a comfortable and personalized experience, our group size is kept intentionally small. This number is even lower for our exclusive VIP and private tours.
Can I change my tour date?
We can evaluate your date change request (usually for an extra fee) based on availability and provided it is requested before a certain time frame prior to the tour start.
What are the conditions for canceling my tour?
Our cancellation policy varies based on the time remaining until the tour start date. For cancellations made up 30 days in advance, a full refund, excluding the deposit, is generally provided. Please check our detailed Cancellation Terms.

Where is the meeting point for the tours?
Istanbul is our main hub. We meet all our guests at Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), or at their hotels. You can specify your meeting details during the booking process or inform us through the communication channels on our website.
Which meals are included in the tour program?
To provide a comfortable stay, breakfast and dinner are included and served at the hotels. However, lunches are not included, allowing you the flexibility to explore Turkey’s world-famous local street food and specialized restaurants during the day.
How can I share my pickup preferences with you?
