WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

1. Parties This agreement is between Bolu Mutlu Trans San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as “BMT Travel”) and the internet user who subscribes to or uses the website (hereinafter referred to as “MEMBER/USER”).

2. Subject of the Agreement The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use for the member benefiting from the website owned by BMT Travel. This agreement applies to all holiday, tour, flight ticket, car rental services, and other services offered, including updates used by the member during the validity of the contract.

3. Website Content & Disclaimer Although the accuracy and currency of the information on the website are constantly checked, actual changes in services may occur faster than site updates. BMT Travel does not guarantee that the information on the website is up-to-date, accurate, or complete at any specific moment. BMT Travel reserves the right to make changes to the website content at any time. BMT Travel cannot be held responsible for any reservation, sales, or information errors arising from these changes.

4. Right to Make Changes BMT Travel reserves the right to change any service, product, or terms of use on the site, to reorganize the site, or to stop the publication without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites BMT Travel does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on third-party websites linked via our site. Damages arising from the use of these sites are the user's responsibility.

6. Service Information & Hotel Standards Maximum care is taken regarding the accuracy of information obtained from suppliers. However, BMT Travel is not responsible if the services do not meet the specified qualifications due to supplier errors.

Hotel Photos: Photos shown on the site are for general information purposes; the room type received may differ from the photos published.

Standards: Star ratings and hotel concepts vary from country to country. Renovation works are at the hotel's discretion.

Pricing Errors: BMT Travel reserves the right to correct the price and total amount in case of missing or incorrect pricing due to any glitch (including supplier errors).

7. Cancellation or Changes to Reservations Reservation rules are deemed accepted for all service transactions made through BMT Travel. All cancellations and changes are made within the framework of the service contract accepted during the reservation.

8. Notifications Notifications sent to the user via e-mail are assumed to be delivered and received on the transmission date of the e-mail.

9. Rights and Obligations The user guarantees the accuracy of all information provided. The user is responsible for all transactions made with their account. BMT Travel is not responsible for information submitted by minors (under 18) without the permission of their guardians.

10. Intellectual Property Rights The owner of the website is Bolu Mutlu Trans San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. Copying, distributing, or selling any information, software codes, or database data on this website without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Settlement of Disputes Bolu Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes regarding this agreement.

TOUR SALES CONTRACT

1. General Conditions

Authority: The tour guide is the executor of the program. The guide may change the course of the program provided that the entire program is carried out, due to weather conditions, hotel location, etc.

Force Majeure: BMT Travel is not responsible for tours that cannot be held due to force majeure (weather opposition, etc.).

Service Integrity: Tours are a whole with hotels, buses, tour programs, museum visits, and guidance services; they cannot be considered separately. No refunds are made for unused services unless due to force majeure.

Children: Beds may not be provided for children aged 0-6 in hotel accommodation.

Seat Rotation: In tours with more than two nights of accommodation, a rotation system applies to the seating arrangement in the vehicle.

2. Tiered Pricing System A tiered pricing system is applied in our cultural tours. As the occupancy rate of the tour increases, the prices may rise gradually. Therefore, prices cannot be fixed without a down payment.

3. Cancellation Assurance Package

Allows you to cancel your package tour up to 72 hours before the start date without stating any reason.

100% of the tour fee is refunded without any deduction.

Cost: 150 TL per person for tours with less than 3 nights accommodation; 350 TL per person for tours with 3 nights or more.

Note: This package cannot be added to tours involving Plane, Train, or Ship transportation.

4. Compulsory Travel Insurance (Law No. 1618) This covers the agency's bankruptcy or failure to provide the package tour service. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment costs.

5. Professional Guides Our tours are led by licensed guides who have graduated from Tourism Guidance departments or Ministry courses, with expertise in History, Geography, Art History, and Archaeology.

6. Transportation Vehicles

Buses: Mercedes Travego, Temsa Safir, Mercedes Tourismo, Man Fortuna (46+1 Seats).

Midibuses: Otokar Sultan Maxi, TEMSA POWERBUS, Isuzu Turkuaz.

Minibuses: VW Crafter, Mercedes Sprinter.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

I. PAYMENTS

Deposit: At least 35% of the reservation fee must be paid at the time of registration.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid at most 3 days before the trip starts.

Default: If payments are not made, the reservation is canceled, and 35% of the fee is billed as a withdrawal penalty.

Special Products: For special services, the balance must be paid 60 days before the service starts.

II. CANCELLATION & TRANSFER

Agency Cancellation: BMT Travel may cancel the trip due to insufficient participants, weather conditions, terror, war, or force majeure. In this case, the consumer has no right to compensation.

Consumer Cancellation:

Up to 15 Days Before: Full refund.

15-7 Days Before: 35% of the tour fee is paid to the agency.

Less than 7 Days Before: 100% of the tour fee is paid to the agency.

Cruise Tours: Specific cruise line conditions apply (e.g., 100 Euro fee up to 77 days, scaling up to 100% penalty for last 20 days).

Exceptions: Documented severe illness or death of the consumer or 1st-degree relatives (via official medical board report) is an exception to cancellation penalties.

Transfer: The consumer can transfer the tour to another person up to 7 days before the start, provided BMT Travel is notified in writing.

III. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Baggage: The owner is responsible for their baggage. In case of loss/damage due to the provider's gross negligence, compensation is limited to 1/2 of the transportation cost portion of the tour fee.

Visas: Visa services are not included in the purchased service but assistance can be provided for a fee.

Complaints: Consumers must notify the agency and the hotel in writing during the service if they leave the tour due to defective service. Otherwise, they are deemed to have received the service.

Minors: For international tours, children under 18 traveling without one or both parents must carry a notarized "Letter of Consent" (Muvafakatname).

8. Jurisdiction The parties accept that Turkish Law will apply and Bolu Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for any disputes.
