Day-by-Day Itinerary

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, we transfer to our hotel for check-in.After a short rest, enjoy free time to explore the city at your own pace.Here begins the first step of an unforgettable journey through history, where ancient civilizations and timeless culture come together in harmony.

After breakfast, we begin a full-day city tour of Istanbul. Our visits include Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. As we explore the Historic Peninsula, we trace the footsteps of empires and witness the grandeur of the city’s storied past at every turn. To conclude the day, we embark on a scenic Bosphorus cruise, admiring the enchanting views that unite the continents of Asia and Europe across the shimmering waters.

Early morning flight to Samsun. We begin our journey by visiting the historic site where Atatürk launched the Turkish War of Independence. Then, we continue with a panoramic drive to Amasya, surrounded by the lush green landscapes of the Black Sea region. With the Red River flowing gracefully through its heart and the striking rock tombs of the Pontic Kings carved into the cliffs, Amasya captivates visitors with its timeless charm and historical depth.

After breakfast, we depart for Boğazköy. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the ancient city of Hattusa once served as the magnificent capital of the Hittite Empire. We explore the Lion Gate, King’s Gate, Great Temple, and the open-air sanctuary of Yazılıkaya, tracing the footsteps of a civilization that thrived thousands of years ago.

Today, we travel to Ankara, the capital of Türkiye. Our day begins with a visit to Anıtkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of the Turkish Republic. We then explore the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, home to remarkable artifacts from the Paleolithic era through the Hittite, Phrygian, Urartian, and Roman periods. As the day concludes, we enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the historic Ankara Castle.

After breakfast, we set out towards the Phrygia Valley. Along the way, we explore the captivating legacy of the ancient Phrygians, visiting rock monuments, the legendary Tomb of King Midas, and the ancient Acropolis. Following our visits, we continue our journey to the green city of Bursa, known for its rich history and natural beauty.

After breakfast, we begin our day exploring Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. We visit the city’s most iconic landmarks including the Green Tomb, Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami), and the vibrant Silk Bazaar, reflecting the rich heritage of the early Ottoman period. Later, we continue to Iznik (Nicaea), the ancient city where the First Council of Nicaea, one of Christianity’s most significant gatherings, was held. Here, we explore the city’s ancient walls and sacred sites, immersing ourselves in its profound historical atmosphere.

We depart early in the morning and head towards the captivating shores of the Northern Aegean. Our first stop is the ancient city of Assos, where we visit the Temple of Athena, offering breathtaking views over the turquoise Aegean Sea. Later, we continue to Troy, the legendary city immortalized in Homer’s epics. Here, we explore the famous Trojan Horse and the archaeological site that brings ancient myths to life.

After breakfast, we cross the Dardanelles Strait and proceed to the Gallipoli Peninsula. Here, we visit the ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine, and various memorial sites, paying tribute to the heroes of World War I. Later, we continue to Edirne to see Selimiye Mosque, the architectural masterpiece of the great Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan. In the evening, we return to Istanbul for overnight stay.

After breakfast, we embark on an unforgettable Bosphorus cruise. Along this magnificent strait connecting Asia and Europe, enjoy the panoramic views of historic waterfront mansions, splendid palaces, and iconic bridges. At the end of the tour, we visit the vibrant Spice Bazaar, where you will have free time to explore, shop for local delicacies, and experience Istanbul’s lively atmosphere.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight. As we conclude this remarkable journey through the heart of ancient civilizations, we bid farewell with memories of Anatolia’s timeless spirit — until our next adventure together.
